Smile and Make Happiness Happen

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see someone that is happy? Do you see that the person looking back at you has a very tired or serious face? Just reach down inside and put the biggest smile that you can muster on. Come on, you can do it! Even if you think this is ridiculous, just keep smiling. It is okay if this gives you the giggles. Those giggles will even make your smile brighter. Before you know what has happened you will be happier than you were to start with.

Now take that award winning smile out into the world. Smile at everyone you meet. Smile at that cranky driver next to you. Smile at the small child that is sitting in that shopping cart. The cashier that has dealt with one too many irritable customers today could really use one of those smiles. Make your smile go viral. Think of how much happiness you are sharing today. Everyone will wonder what your secret is. How are you so happy? It all started with that one special smile from the one person that controls your destiny! Beautiful You!

Great advice! Smiling releases endorphines and raises your mood which raises your vibration.

Good advice.

This is wonderful advice. I have learned to smile more at people I encounter, even just passing by on the street. It really does give a lift to your day (and hopefully to theirs, too). Found you through UBC and look forward to reading more of your thoughts.

Hi! My name is Cindy Ackley. I have created this blog about enjoying the beauty of life and being as healthy and happy as we can be. I am a lung cancer survivor and I have discovered that beauty is everywhere. It is seen in nature and it is felt with our laughter. The beauty of life can be enjoyed with our healthy choices. I love helping people see the beauty.

I also had gained close to 40 lbs. with my chemo treatments. I sure did not feel  very beautiful or healthy. I discovered Skinny Fiber and have since lost about 51 lbs. I feel amazing. I learned to eat healthier and to drink water instead of Diet Pepsi!

I want to share everything that I have learned on my journey with you.
