How often do you come home from work exhausted and just want to make something quick and easy for dinner? I know that this happens to me very often. I am always searching for ways to serve a nutritious dinner in a hurry. This is a recipe that I created on one such occasion. It has since become a regular at my house. It is delicious and healthy and even my youngest loves this! Sounds like a win-win to me! Sometimes I change up the veggies according to what I have on hand. Spinach is one of my favorite vegetables to add. What veggies would you add?
Chicken Breast Pizza Melt
Low Carb and Delicious!
Easy to make however many you need!
Thin sliced chicken breast
Diced red and green peppers
Sliced (ringlets) of purple onion
Garlic powder to taste
Mozarella cheese (low-fat)
Parmesan cheese to taste
Cover your chicken with the pizza sauce and add your vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and add your mozzarella cheese. Let sit until melted. Add parmesan to taste. Better than pizza! Enjoy!
